Reporting on historical peaks on 2.0.0p19 (CRE)

We are trying to gather historical peaks for CPU utilization for last 30 days, is there a way to do this via reporting.

I tried using extended valued in service performance data however it doesnt seem to help.

Has anyone been able to report on historical max data for a specified period of time ( 30 Days ) ?
