Ruleset Checkmk Agent installation auditing not working

CMK version: Checkmk Enterprise Edition 2.2.0p39
OS version: Debian 12

Hello. We are using a host that should only be accessible via port 6556. Registration is not possible for this host.
The following error message is displayed by the agent:

Version: 2.2.0p39, OS: linux, TLS is not activated on monitored host (see details), Update error: The agent updater is not registered at the deployment server WARN, No successful connect to server yet WARN, Agent plugins: 1, Local checks: 1

All other services are working correctly.

The agent is directed to a solution as follows:

If you can not register the host, you can configure missing TLS to be OK in the setting “State in case of available but not enabled TLS” of the ruleset “Checkmk Agent installation auditing”.
Update error: The agent updater is not registered at the deployment server.

I then created a rule that was explicitly assigned to the host. When I look at the rules assigned to the host, this rule is also displayed in green, i.e. assigned.
However, the message is not displayed as OK, but as WARN.
I don’t understand why the rule doesn’t change the status. Does anyone have a possible solution for me? Thank you very much
