I configured Active Directory with Certificate function to use SSL queries. I created the certificate on Windows Server to use Check_MK integration with AD. The image with the error image follows.
Who has already gone through this?
Are you using the fully qualified hostname? Required for SSL.

Why do you create a certificate on the Windows server? The DC should already provide a certificate.
You need to pay attention to the fact @cjcox already said, the correct name of your DC.

As I don’t have much experience with the tool, is the fqdn name to be used in the LDAP Server field?
When I installed the ADCS role Windows creates a certificate in which I put the same hostname as the domain server.
Sorry for the delay in returning, but your tip to use fqdn was the one that solved my problem. Thank you very much!
I changed IP to AD FQDN and it worked 100% queries.
