Let’s assume that we operate an environment on behalf of Dept. of War and our requirement is to ensure all systems operating within that environment have STIG applied.
Gotcha.
There is no official support statement for hardened environments, but we have plenty of users running Checkmk in highly secured environments, so I would assume it should work.
Again we cannot guarantee generically, that Checkmk works in hardened environments, as every environment is different. The best way to go about this is to set up Checkmk in such an environment and verify, that it works properly.
