Selecting several checkboxes

Hello guys,

I would like to know if it is possible to select several checkboxes without clicking on them one by one. I’ve tried the shift + left click but it doesn’t work. Of course you can check the box for selecting all boxes but it doesn’t apply in some cases (see screenshot)

I am managing more than 1k devices so it can take a while to acknowledge all services.

Best regards,

Pepito

Hi,
if you don’t show the checkboxes, all rows are selected.

Hi Karl,

Thank you for your answer.

So there is no other solution ? Like if you want to select part of the checkboxes you have to check them one by one ?

Hi @Pepito,
you can set a filter and then use the checkboxes.

As @kdeutsch mentions, filtering has been the way I’ve found works best for what I believe you’re asking.

In the screenshot you provided, hit the green icon Filter button.
There are many types of filter you can add if the one you want isn’t listed.

For example if you were specifically looking for summary contents with specific words (e.g. ‘timed out’), you can hit the plus icon and under service choose Summary (Plugin output) and enter something that matches. There are plenty of other filtering options so play around with them. Once you’re familiar with a few you’ll use them frequently if you have a lot of services/hosts.

Once you filter more specifically, you can acknowledge them all as previously mention without checkboxes.
Or, if you’ve got a few that you want to exclude, hit use checkboxes > select all (checkbox in the column header) and then deselect the few.

Sincerely,
Scotsie
