Hi,
trying to configure my event console to mimic the sencore vb220 alerts
(where new alerts show up with proper status, warning or error) and when a clear snmp trap is received it places the alert with a OK status. similar to the screenshot bellow:

i was wondering if someone already had a event console rule pack for what i am trying to do?

What exactly is not working? If it is only the function to clear an active event then you need to find and fill the “Text to cancel event(s)” in your rule with matching text to the clearing of the events.
The normal events are shown or not?
i see the events, i did find the text to cancel: BtechBase-MIB::mibBridgetech.300.1.7.1: \s*1.*stn=(\1).
but the text to cancel close the events so they are no longer active,. i would like to view active (warning / error events, but also cleared events (with green OK status) in my dashboard.*

Were you able to solve your problem? You can use Event Simulator to assist in your texting. You can create a view to provide the data that you need and include in a dashboard.
