Sender address configuration

Hi,

yesterday i upgraded my running instance from 2.1.0p36cre to 2.2.0p14cre.

Now the sender address for notifications changed back to a default value.
Before i had a custom address like “monitoring@domain.com” and now the sender address is “sitename@hostname”. As far as i see the update did not change my postfix configuration.

In WATO i can’t find any settings that allows me to change the sender address.
Is this setting now only available for Enterprise users?
Or does it has something to do with the “Use new services description” in “Setup → Global settings”?

Postfix: Mail Queue
Nullmailer: Mail Queue
Barracuda: Mail Queue
Qmail: Mail Queue

Any help would be appreciated.

If you configure your mail notification you can set the sender name and address here.

The interesting part is why the old rewrite rule in your postfix does not work anymore.

thanks for your quick reply.
I must be blind before, because i can swear that i didn’t had the options shown in your screenshot…
After i put in my original address the sender in the mails is now shown correct again.
So the update seems to change something in the notification rule, not in the postfix configuration.
However my issue is solved…
