Hi,
I’m in desperate need of integrated checkmk into service desk plus, I can get to email a notification to helpdesk and create a ticket however it just doesn’t work for much other than uptime alerts as disks fluctuate all the time create new tickets constantly.
Has anyone got any local notification scripts they have used for service desk plus? Or can anyone point me in a direction to get it so i can get to act like built in service now integration?
Happy to keep trying but can’t seem to make much progress, my Linux scripting skills aren’t the greatest so have been trying to modify existing local notification scripts I have found.
