Servicenow Incident creation with "Assignment Group" ID parameter

Has anyone tried to modify the plug-in and integrate the “assignment group id” similar to the caller id? Is it even possible with the API? We have just started our integration and having the “assignment group” parameter would simplify our administration greatly.

I am not familiar with the ServiceNow plug-in. I just know that in 2.4 this feature was added: Werk #17065: ServiceNow: Add option to use custom fields

Hello Martin, thank you for the reply. I have installed and tested the 2.4 Beta, and it works :slight_smile:
It would be great to have this feature in the version 2.3 as well. Does anyone know if anything is planned in that regard?
