Servicenow integration troubleshooting

Does servicenow integration actually work?
I have configured our checkmk-servicenow integration, but can’t see the alerts in servicenow.
The notify.log says 1 rule matched, but no notification has been created.

Using enterprise 1.6.0p10

The first step for further troubleshooting would be to increase the log level of your notification system.
Global Settings -> Notifications -> Notification log level
If the plugins gives an error message at runtime you should see it this way.

Done this, no error message. All I get is:

2020-05-18 10:05:22 Global rule 'ServiceNow'...
2020-05-18 10:05:22  -> matches!
2020-05-18 10:05:22 Global rule ''...
2020-05-18 10:05:22 -> does not match: This rule is disabled

After these lines you should also see the line.

Executing 1 notifications:
    * notifying .....

If you don’t see this line then i think no plugin is executed.
