SNMP is communicating but not get the services:

I have added the fortigate firewall in checkmk using SNMP, it is communicating, but it is unable to get the services. Please help me with that.

Hi,
this might be a bulkwalk problem. Please try to turn of bulkwalks for the device. This can be achieved using a rule in WATO.
In addition you might want to update to a more recent Checkmk version, although this will not solve your problem.
