Hi,
I recently added a new customer satellite to our main box.
Version: Checkmk Managed Services Edition 2.1.0p15
4 of the 6 servers work fine, all of their graphs are there.
The 2 remaining however don’t write RRD-Files for most of their services.
Some are there:
384952 Feb 17 19:42 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Ceph_Status_pgstate_active_clean_scrubbing_deep.rrd
384952 Feb 20 05:55 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Ceph_Status_pgstate_active_clean_scrubbing.rrd
384952 Mar 2 12:45 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_children_system_time.rrd
384952 Mar 2 12:28 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_children_user_time.rrd
384952 Mar 2 13:02 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_cmk_time_agent.rrd
384952 Mar 2 12:26 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_execution_time.rrd
384952 Mar 2 11:53 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_system_time.rrd
384952 Mar 2 11:54 pve-n04.ad.company.de/Check_MK_user_time.rrd
384952 Mar 2 13:04 pve-n04.ad.company.de/PING_pl.rrd
384952 Mar 2 12:19 pve-n04.ad.company.de/PING_rta.rrd
384952 Mar 2 12:38 pve-n04.ad.company.de/PING_rtmax.rrd
384952 Mar 2 11:53 pve-n04.ad.company.de/PING_rtmin.rrd
but the rest is missing (Memory, Interfaces, Store Pool, Filesystem, CPU, …).
Only the XML-Files for all services are in place.
The permissions in the perfdata folders are correct - the OMD user is able to read and write there.
Restart of the rrdcached didn’t change anything.
I have no RRD database configuration rules at all (actually before analyzing this problem I didn’t know that they exist).
What could cause this problem?
Thanks for reading,
Roland.
