something wrong with notifications on check_mk 2.1.0p27. I have made the rule for notification customization for Match host event type, and Match service event type but the rules doesn’t work. For example I have excluded to send when status changes from warning–> ok but the notifications still works for the status. How to troubleshoot this?

what kind of notifications are you trying to send? In what version did this work?

you can see my rule here
and email with suubject OK → WARN is received eg Check_MK: srv/Memory OK → WARN
have you checked if your user has the “receive fallback notifications” setting activated or if your address is configured in the global settings as “fallback email address” ?
That section is not super important, how are you going to contact the user? That part is more important.
Also you did not tell us in what version this works, as you are implying its only broken in 2.1.0p27
I have used it on 1.2X version. My configuration:
cmkadmin on Setup ->Users has configured email address
and these notification rules are created on “Custom notification table for this user”
