I’ve just taken the survey. Just as feedback: I find some of the terms used to be really unclear, or at least confusing. For example, when I’m asked to rate the “structure” and “organization” of the UI, I kind of consider them to be the same thing? Maybe offer a description of what you understand under the terms as part of the questionnaire would make the questions easier to answer & results more valuable.

You don’t ask about our currently most important topic. Handling of new security alerts. E.g. Openssl. It is anoying always to be in the internal top ten list of open problems and not to be able to fix security problems in time.
