To help you, you need to describe in more detail what you did. Where did you store the rcc.exe and what exact command did you run to get this error?

Hello,
I have started an article in the Robotmk blog that collects possible bugs and describes how to fix them.
The (so far only ) described one is almost certainly yours - the only thing missing is a specific DLL that you can download from Microsoft.
Let me know if that worked!

Thank you very much for your help.
I think it is something with the download files.
If I download the files form the “Schnellstart” it does not work. If I download the Files from the Getting Started Video it works fine.
Getting started with Synthetic Monitoring in Checkmk #CMKTutorial
Download Path that works fine:
robotmk-examples/templates/web at main · Checkmk/robotmk-examples · GitHub
Download Path that works not (for me):
GitHub - elabit/robotmk-examples: A curated list of test suites to showcase the power of Robot Framework, Robotmk and Checkmk.
So for now I am just in the building of a Synthetic Monitoring Website check A few steps are already working.
Thank you again very much. Greetings from Augsburg

Can you provide links to the conda.yaml files you were using and the output of RCC for both the failed and the sucessful environment creation?
