Thank you very much for the enhancements of plugin and local check detection and versioning checks in version 2.2!
With the plugin and local check verification and versioning we’ve got a much better overview and quality!
But what I’m missing are the MRPE files. These would be as well very importand to know which files are out there etc. and to see the outcome as well in the agent detail section.
I think that is cool as well.
I would prefer however that Checkmk would compare to agent bakery (In enterprise) and perhaps that a checksum was performed to see if the check that is actually executing is the one that came with the agent.
Also the “duplicate” check is not really useful as you can have multiple files doing the same thing, but having different filenames and nothing is recorded in Checkmk.
