The server often experiences accessibility issues or freezes when installing Checkmk 2.2

OS version:
Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-97-generic x86_64)

Error message:
I installed Checkmk to monitor 52 hosts with 1300 services. The server often becomes unresponsive, making SSH access impossible (every 2 hours or less). When I use the command “omd stop” to stop monitoring, this issue no longer occurs. How can I diagnose whether this is due to configuration or another factor?

My server resource: 8 vCPU, 8GB RAM, 150GB HDD

Have you checked the resource consumption of your monitoring server?
Does “HDD” actually mean a spinning disk? If so, this can be a bottleneck and in the worst case even kill the whole Linux system.
Have you looked at the Linux server’s logs?
