I discovered a “bug”? in the Checkmk customer portal while trying to download the Checkmk Enterprise edition. When you mistype your password, the system doesn’t display an error message indicating that the credentials are incorrect. Instead, the username and password fields are simply cleared, leaving the user unaware of what went wrong.
I encountered another “issue” in the Checkmk customer portal where the email address field is case-sensitive. This affects the user experience because many (if not all :D) users don’t expect email addresses to be treated this way.
