Unable to fetch serial/hardware number in check_mk

Hi Team,

We are unable to fetch serial/model number for loadbalancers in check_mk please help

What have you tried?

usually when we do the SNMP configuration correctly and check the data in inventory of the host, i see the serial/model number details under System . but only for load balancers even after enabling piggyback im not getting the data
