Unable to monitor the CEPH statistics after upgrading to latest version `2.4.*`

Hi Team,

I have observed that Ceph statistics are not being monitored on the dashboard after upgrading to the latest version 2.4.0p2. However, I am using the same version in another project where all Ceph statistics are visible and working as expected.

When I ran the check_mk_agent -v command manually on the host, I was able to retrieve all Ceph-related statistics successfully.

I have also checked all relevant logs but did not find any useful information regarding this issue.

Could you please help me identify the root cause and resolve this?

Hi, you can try to remove the “ceph statistics plugin” with “mkp disable ceph“ and “mkp remove ceph“ and follow this article: Monitoring of a Proxmox VE Ceph Hosts with checkmk - Thomas-Krenn-Wiki-en
