Hi Priya,

we’ve only seen this so far if a proxy/firewall doing ssl inspection interrupted the communication between the client and the checkmk server. Is that possibly the case in your environment?

Hi Gstolz,

We checked the proxy and firewall settings of a working server and non-working server and both configuration looks same. So we could not find what the issue is .
