Upgrade from 2.1 Op5 CRE to 2.1Op18 CRE Latest version

Hi Team,

We want to upgrade Checkmk Raw Edition 2.1.0p5 to 2.10p18 CRE version. But we can’t find the release notes of this latest version.
I mean need your guidance that should we upgrade to this latest version or some other stable version?
At the moment, we are monitoring VM’s, blade servers, ESXI hosts, Oneview and starting to work on integration with Grafana. In future would be going with Kubernetes as well.
