I have the same issue - all the other SNMP checks vanished after upgrading.
Just for fun I pushed out a new instance on v2 and just added my printer and SNMP community string and it worked fine and pulled in all the paper tray and toner checks. I then upgrade to v2.1 and it immediately broke.
I’ve sent in a feedback email with the relevant screenshots, hopefully they figure it out.
