I think we’re all experiencing issues with SNMP and monitoring printers on the new update and jumped on this thread thinking we had the same issue. For myself, my printer does show details on the two OIDs you were talking about:
Using cached OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0: ‘Lexmark MC3326i version CXLBL.076.308 kernel 4.17.19-yocto-standard-84a7650da0883e86d17465c5052e933c All-N-1’
Using cached OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0: ‘.1.3.6.1.4.1.641.52.71107381’
I did a completely fresh deployment with version 2.0.0 and just added the printer and I got all the SNMP details I would expect:
But then as soon as I upgraded to 2.1.0p6 (and now also 2.1.0p7) they all vanished and weren’t picked up again even though I could see them when I ran your debug command:
I don’t think it’s a config issue and think I just have to wait for it to be patched, but happy to be proved wrong if you have any other ideas I could try…?
