Upgrading cmk on el7 from 2.1.0p44 to 2.2 version

Hi Guys,
I’m having problems upgrading el7 from 2.1.0p44 to 2.2 version, the upgrade was successful but all my servers are in null status. Do you have any idea what can be the problem?

maybe i had to update the agents version as well? missing monitoring data from all plugins?

any idea why the move from version 2.1 to 2.2 is sooo complicated? i had to disable all my 3rd parity plugins before running the update…

Well, that is the deal, if they are incompatible. The good news are, that starting with Checkmk 2.3, we introduce developer APIs, which will make extension packages way more stable, as soon as they are migrated to those APIs.

Thanks Robin, so what do you suggest I to do, what will be the best way to update cmk to the latest version? maybe to create a new cmk server with the latest version 2.3 and to start testing the special API with the plugins?
