Veeam check plugin - No results

Hi Everyone, We had this kind of issue. A veeam infrastructure was having trouble on a customer site, and the monitoring agent was not receiving data since April 11. No Critical, just a Warning on check_mk service: No monitoring data from veeam plugin.
Anyone knows if it’s possibile to have a Critical when no data are received from a plugin?
