We are missing the 'Site [SITE] statistics' services of the following sites

Main dashboard in 2.0.0.p3 CEE shows this. I followed this thread and that did not work: Agent upgrade on CEE virtual appliance - #16 by thorian93
I have automatic agent updates turned on in global settings and have baked the agents successfully. What am I missing?

Can you confirm, that the agent on the server is actually up to date?

It was not updating. Once I manually installed the 2.0 agent it started working.

I saw this on some Windows servers where the auto update would not update to 2.0 by itself. Just triggering the agent update did the trick there, a re-installation was not necessary.
