Hello Robotmk users, 
after RoboCon 2026, I spent some time reflecting on conversations from the conference and on patterns I’ve seen over the past few years.
Having observed many teams and individuals working with Robot Framework, one recurring theme stands out:
Robot Framework itself is not the limiting factor.
Instead, challenges tend to arise from how projects are structured, how VS Code is used, and how Robot Framework is applied in practice.
This often leads to unnecessary time loss.
And in some cases, cool projects struggle or stall because of these structural issues.
I’m currently exploring this topic more systematically and working on something new which addresses this in a focused way.
Before I move further, I’d appreciate input from the community to better understand different perspectives and real-world experiences.
I’ve put together a very short survey with specific questions (about 1 minute) to gather structured feedback.
