does anybody have a hint for me, where i can use the “Various Commands” in the new CheckMK 2.0 UI?
In CheckMK 1.6, when using “Execute commands on host, services and other objects”, you see the section “various commands” where you can for example disable notifications:
thank you very much. I was not aware of, that the admin role does not have all permissions granted. In deed the permission was on the default value (“no”).
I think it’s good that “disable notifications” is no longer active by default.
We used to have it that colleagues used it without thinking because too many notifications were sent. Later the service really stopped running and no one noticed.
I find it better to acknowledge the services or to take them in downtime to avoid something like that.
