We implemented the plugin in several Windows host, however we don´t see the “System Updates” service in three Windows 8 Pro 1 machines (the only Windows 8 machines me have) and we wonder if it´s a compatibility problem or what it is exactly, as we can see the other services without a problem.
I think the answer is very easy. There are no updates anymore since January 2023.

Microsoft will not be offering an Extended Security Update (ESU) program for Windows 8.1. Continuing to use Windows 8.1 after January 10, 2023 may increase an organization’s exposure to security risks or impact its ability to meet compliance obligations.
