we are trying to use Opsgenie with Cmk RAW edition. The alerts get opened correctly, but does not get closed. Found old topic on the forum - Check_MK not passing SVC_PROBLEM_ID for Close to OpsGenie notification plugin
and updated the config files as described. However, on alert close, I get an Warning message: KeyError: ‘LASTHOSTPROBLEMID’
And the alert does not get closed anyway. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,
Not sure how to fix this but I can confirm that it works with SIGNL4 (SIGNL4 | Mobile On-call Alerting for Checkmk). In this case Checkmk can send alerts, close alerts and also two-way is possible to acknowledge and annotate problems from the mobile app.
I might be a bit biased here because I work for SIGNL4 but I hope this helps you anyway

well, a suggestion to solve the problem by switching to another product is not a viable option. We already use Atlassian products for other things.
Anyway, I have solved the problem already. Updated the script to store the alert ID in a temp file and read it later to close the alert. Easy.
