HPE Management Interface Physical Disk Drive vanished

OS version:
HPE ILO 5

Error message:
After Installing SPP 2023.09 version to HPE Gen 10 Apollo Server, physical disk shows as “ItemNot Found” they are vanished in OMD Console. What do you think causing the issue ? How could I get Disk alerts if they got error ?
Output of “cmk --debug -vvn hostname”: (If it is a problem with checks or plugins)
Its using SNMP Agent to discover the ILO Management services
