I cannot start the Postfix instance

Hi,
Could you help me to know how to start the postfix instance on my Check_mk server.
It is already installed and configured but it throws me the following error:
Status: PID file exist but instance is not running!
I have already tried with the commands:
systemctl start postfix
systemctl reload postfix
systemctl restart postfix

Version: 2.0.0p4

Hallo,
you should find first hints /var/log … logfile.

Manually remove the lockfile. Typically it should be /var/lib/postfix/master.lock. Then start postfix again.

If that doesn’t work reboot the server after removing the lockfile.
