Logwatch - Unable to show logfile: Cannot parse log file

Hello together,

corresponing to this post https://forum.checkmk.com/t/logwatch-normal-monitoring-user-permission-bug/35345 I will ask if there is any solution to fix that? I have exactly the same error message with version 2.4.0p11 when I am using a user added to normal monitoring user. The workarount to add the whole host into the contact group is not an option for me.
