Somewhat new to checkmk and in the process of moving customer to checkmk, but running into an issue with Opsgenie integration.
Alerts are being created, but not closed.
From what I can see checkmk sets SVC_PROBLEM_ID: 0 and HOST_PROBLEM_ID: 0 once the alert clears for all events.
Is this expected behavior?
I reached out to Opsgenie support to see if they had any other customers reach out with the same issue and that is the case.
It looks like you can’t use the standard Opsgnie plugin. I followed their integration guide by adding the plugin they point to and now its working. Using that notify plugin you can copy and past the URL with the api key.
