Overview of labels which are in use

I thing, when we are use a lot of labels, is good to have an overview for the used labels in the system

just when the label are created they will be put in a dictonary

I had same issue this week and devised a workaround How to list all assigned labels - #4 by Yggy to manage labels in checkmk-v2.
