Hi,
I’m trying to configure Ricoh printer with snmpv3 on CheckMK.
When i run test i got “Bad context specified”
When i run this command :
snmpbulkwalk -v 3 authPriv -a md5 -A ‘PASS’ -x AES -X ‘PASS’ -u ‘USER’ -n GWNCS IPADRESS
All work fine.
I’ve set rule in ‘SNMPv3 contexts to use in requests’
Section name : snmp_info
SNMP Context IDs : GWNCS
but i’ve always “Bad context specified” in Run test
Can you help me ?
Thanks
Checkmk Raw v 2.0.0p17

Hello,
I also faced this problem in 2021 and at the end, as we have only one device affected, I decided to ignore it.
CheckMK 2.0.0p5 - SNMPv3 - Contexts to use in requests
Actually, I suspect could be a kind of bug because it doesn’t work no matter which “Section name” you chose. Snmpwalk instead works fine.
